I have all the ideas of how I want my office to look like. Spacious, neat, with beautiful and well designed furniture

My house will probably be a corner house, with a huge yard. A huge yard that will accommodate every little idea that will occasionally pop up in my mind. I’m not sure about the rest of the house though, probably an honor for a special lady to take care of that. But my bedroom and bathroom have to be so big to match all the ideas that constantly flash in my eyes whenever I see the most beautiful house one can have.

I want doors so big and easy to open so that everyone who occasionally knocks can simply walk in and feel comfortable because I know how it feels to knock with no answer, I don’t intend to let anyone go through that. I’ve been down for long enough, I can’t let anyone be in the same situation I’ve been. Unfortunately, everything moves with a snail pace and money is the cause, which is a burden for every potential entrepreneur.

Sometimes I travel with R21 towards Pretoria or from there, I get amazed how it is compared to what it used to be every time I look on the side of the road. What used to be open fields is factories and warehouses, offices and new developments that are in progress. It’s like a new project is starting up every day, or a new company is being built.

More than two years ago they closed the side of the road with a lot of staff including banners. Well, they gave old mutual an opportunity to put probably the biggest advertising banner they have. I had just bought a car so I was not familiar with some routes except those that are mainly used by taxis, so it helped me somehow because it made it easy for me to find a road to Sunnyside when coming from visiting my friend in the eastern side of Pretoria. But I couldn’t help wondering what they were hiding behind those banners for that long, until months ago when I saw this beautiful and huge law firm they built there. It’s very beautiful from the outside, probably more so on the inside. It’s actually amazing what you can do with enough money in your bank account, probably in your pockets too. You can buy the most profitable piece of land and build the biggest building anytime you want to.

I worked in the Boksburg area some years ago, there was a structure of what seemed to be Sasol garage at one stage, before it was abandoned. By then I had a wish of running a fuel station of my own, but I had no funds to even go around seeking information. So a wish it ended up there with no action taken.

Passing by years later I saw this beautiful fresh looking BP garage with PnP Express. I couldn’t hide my disappointments because those people did exactly what I wanted to do. Renovated that abandoned structure, made it look new and they’re probably making a good profit out of it now considering the number of cars I see whenever I pass by.

I must admit, I envy these big companies, because they can build anytime, anywhere, whenever they decide to, they have the power to do as they please compare to everybody else who only dream they can do the same and simply struggle to get a mere 1hecter of land. They can do everything that I really need to be able to do, to transform an ordinary building into something amazing, something that will attract everyone’s eyes even those who have no interest in buildings and structures.

Even when they break the rules, there seem to be less consequences because you’ll never see “Red Ants” removing them while selfishly destroying everything they have in the process

But one day I'll have a very big supermarket in your area. You'll leave your house to buy in my supermarket, most probably you'll have your fridge, cupboards and vegetable stands filled with products from my supermarket. You'll tell your friends and everyone you know about how cheap it is and how fresh the products I sell are because I'll make sure I satisfy you and everyone who comes in. I’ll offer the best products at a very reasonable price. Based on the information I took my time collecting over the years, you'll always be grateful when you leave the door and always look forward to coming back again and again

I intend to help you stay closer to it, by building very accommodating apartments and houses just close by, giving you more reasons to buy from me instead of my competitors because I understand the importance of a convenient shop at your doorstep.
