I cannot deny that politics played a major role for our country to be where it is now, both positively and negatively, but I hope to one day be part of a South Africa filled with black people who are responsible for all the positive social activities in our communities, those who doesn’t burn down the schools and clinics when expressing their dissatisfaction but focus on building more to benefit everybody

But I believe it will be a great country when all the people who think apartheid was a great thing are all gone,
When we only left to live with people who value peace and respect our diverse cultures

When those who misuse our tax money and deliver nothing to our communities and simple blame it to racism and apartheid are history,
When we are led by people who understands that apartheid was a horrible thing that is in the past and there’s nothing we can do to change that, but we have now to build and make the future different to what the past is

When a leader like Musi finds a way to strengthen his spine, look beyond what he sees with his two eyes, separating feelings from reality. Comrade, be warned, they are probably asking behind you “are they falling for our trap already”, but only time will tell
When Malema stop being so ambiguous and actually lead by example, how do you expect anyone to believe anything you say if your statements keeps changing with every season passing by?

When the youth that is in politics starts fighting for matters that directly affects youth at large, not focusing on money and power. When replacing the old crocks that are flooding the parliament becomes their main goal.
As old as they are, how are they making plans for the future they ain’t gonna be part of anyway? Why are they old, all on their own talking about the future, discussing vision 50/50 they won’t live to witness its success? Aren’t they supposed to be showing us the way than dragging us out when we disrespect them as they say?

Since we love to adopt so much, it will be a great country when we adopt policies used in other countries to maintain control on our borders and the overpopulation we are facing
Let’s be realistic, you can’t just come to the country with unemployment exceeding roof ceiling and downgraded status in place just to chill, you’ve got to be serious

It will be a great country when we all contribute to make it a better place, when we all play a role to make it great
When we don’t only make awareness campaigns when it’s trending, but when it’s not too. If it affects our lives, we have to do something even if nobody cares

When we all focus on supporting each other than going “on line” to order a banana when your neighbor is selling one right in front of your door. If it’s expensive tell them on their faces so that they can do something about their prices. They are trying and they need your support. We know, nobody can tell you how to spend your hard earned cash, you work hard for it, but stop making rich people richer while there are people who are desperately counting on your support to get their businesses off the ground

South Africa, a great country it will be, when we start realizing it’s not as bad as we all say it is, when we start accepting, appreciating what it offers to us while we trying to build than complaining nonstop with no solutions to every problem we identify. There’s a lot to be grateful about than the complaints we fly so high all the time
We just need to complain less and actually do more to change every situation that is facing it

Remember, change starts with you, before somebody else
