We always talk about everything together, just never have time to do anything together Because we do everything together apart We appreciate everything we have, laugh so hard about everything else we don’t have We take pictures, go places, create memories, but never with each other, just together apart

We play the blame game better than anybody who lives, but never for once admit to our wrongs We plan, but never put action in any of them plans we make We argue, just never get to conclude any of them arguments, except agreeing to disagree sometimes We never solve any problem either, because our prides won’t let us But together apart they find a way to sort themselves out when they laps in our minds Until they happen again and again to keep us together further apart
We sing when no one is listening, watch those romantic movies that remind us of each other But we enjoy them more when we are together apart
Night can be so lonely, days become dull and long
but together apart we always find a way to get through They say distance breaks it all up, but together apart we seem to keep it tightly and solid With distance between us, we keep that fire burning

Together apart we are like kings and queens ruling nations with the same motive We connect perfectly, unite in every possible way But egos collide when we come together, because we turn to pull into different directions
